How do I upload files?
- on raven: see the SFTP page for details.
- on crow: you can use any FTP client

How do I change my password?
- raven: login to raven.riseup.net using your hosting username. From there you can change your hosting username password as well as your ssh password. Passwords for sftp/scp/ssh access are initially the same as the hosting username: however, they can be different. If you change one, the other will still be the same.
- crow: fill out a help ticket to ask us to change it for you.
