To create a customized file, go to your list page and click List Admin and then click the link for the file under File Customization.
- Homepage: HTML text to describe the list. It is printed on the right-hand side of the main list page. If not set, this defaults to the list description.
- Description: This text is included in the welcome message for new subscribers and is the default home page.
- Message Header: If this file is not empty, it is added as a MIME attachment at the beginning of each message distributed to the list. (To make the header inline instead of a MIME attachment, change the attachment type to 'append' under configuration).
- Message Footer: If this file is not empty, it is added as a MIME attachment at the end of each message distributed to the list. (To make the footer inline instead of a MIME attachment, change the attachment type to 'append' under configuration).
- Unsubscription Message: This message is sent when users leave the list by their own doing.
- Removed Message: This message is sent to users when you remove them from the list (unless you hit the quiet button).
- Invitation Message: This is sent to people you invite for subscription.
- Welcome Message: This message is sent to new subscribers.
- Rejection Message: This message is sent to people when you reject their posts.
- Remind Message: This message is sent to each subscriber when you click "Remind all subscribers" under the "Members" tab. It's very useful to help people who are confused about their own subscription emails or people who are not able to unsubscribe themselves.
